OMNI Presence Retreat

October 14th - October 18th, 2026 • Altwigshagen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

This retreat creates a supportive space to slow down, soften performance, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm, allowing awareness to unfold through yoga, sound, and deep listening.

Sound bowls and collective kirtan deepen relaxation and resonance, inviting a quality of listening that is felt with the whole body and sensed in subtle inner layers. Practicing together nurtures trust, closeness, and a sense of belonging, reminding us that presence grows through shared experience and simple human connection.

Experience presence in a way that feels real, grounded, and connected - in your body, your breath, and in connection with others

Retreat location

NONNA Hof Dorfstraße 38, 17379 Altwigshagen OT Wietstock

NONNA Hof is a warm and welcoming retreat space in the countryside of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about 2 hours from Berlin.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a sense of calm, connection, and simplicity - a place to slow down, share meaningful moments, and also retreat into quiet when needed. The name Nonna, meaning “grandmother,” reflects the caring, home-like atmosphere of the space, where people feel held, nourished, and connected. It’s an inviting setting to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural rhythm of the land.

The Food

Our meals will be prepared by our chef Camilla together with a small kitchen team, offering fully vegan, seasonal food that supports the body and the practice. The meals are nourishing, balanced, and thoughtfully composed to support energy and wellbeing throughout the retreat. Shared meals become another moment of connection, presence, and care - a natural continuation of the practices on the mat and in the group space.

Meet your hosts

  • is a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher and co-founder of OMNI Yoga. Constantly evolving, she has discovered the power of sound as an integral part of her teaching, opening new layers of presence, awareness, and deep rest. As a mother of two, she brings a grounded warmth into the space, inviting people to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels true to them. Her teaching blends strength and playfulness with an attentive, mindful approach that encourages participants to engage fully with their practice and the group energy.

  • is a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher whose relationship with yoga has grown into a way of life. Rooted in Vinyasa and inspired by other styles, her teaching is holistic, weaving together asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and yogic philosophy. As a sound practitioner, she loves blending yoga practice with sound elements and, most of all, sharing kirtan as a way to open hearts and deepen connection. Natalie sees yoga as a powerful tool for healing, freedom, and remembering our true nature beyond the physical practice.
