LAVENDER DREAMS: TOOLS FOR RESTFUL SLEEP

  • SANA Studio 41 Köpenicker Straße Berlin, BE, 10179 Germany (map)

Hosted by Krisztina Csaba & Barbara Hámori

This workshop focuses on teaching you how to sleep better using the power of lavender.

Through the soothing qualities of high-quality lavender essential oil, combined with breathing practices designed to help you fall asleep, you’ll learn gentle, body-based techniques to support relaxation and rest.

We’ll also explore gentle stretches through yin yoga and a sound bath to help your body and mind unwind, promoting better sleep.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime at home, including a bonus gift of lavender essential oil, along with a take-home guide detailing how to use it and additional simple practices to improve your sleep and overall quality of life.

A nurturing space to soften, relax, and reconnect with your natural rhythm — helping you rest more deeply and gently.
