We will begin by exploring the roots and ancestral history of this sacred plant, opening space to understand its cultural context, spirit, and traditional uses. From there, we’ll move into the different varieties of mate and how they can be worked with intentionally.

The gathering will include hands-on preparation, learning how to brew mate properly, combine it with other medicinal herbs, and apply simple ritual protocols and practical tips you can integrate into daily life.

What to expect: You’ll receive all the knowledge needed to confidently prepare your own mate at home and begin cultivating a conscious, nourishing relationship with this powerful plant ally.

We’ll close with a gong bath to fully drop into the body and sense how the herb moves, opens, and communicates through you.
