About the host

Born and raised in Istanbul and now based in Munich, Gizem is a creative entrepreneur, experience designer, ceramic artist, and community builder passionate about bringing people together through meaningful, hands-on experiences. As the founder of Gigi Room, she creates immersive wellness and creative gatherings that blend mindfulness, craftsmanship, and human connection, from clay workshops and mindful mornings to community events and brand activations.

With her background in design thinking, storytelling, and startup coaching, Gizem works at the intersection of creativity, wellness, and entrepreneurship. Through collaborations with brands, companies, and creative spaces, she designs experiences that encourage people to slow down, reconnect with their creativity, and cultivate a sense of belonging. Inspired by the warmth of Turkish hospitality, her work is rooted in the belief that creativity can be a powerful tool for connection, presence, and wellbeing.
